We recommend you try to book PHAB Wholesale education courses as soon as possible as places may be limited and early booking will reserve your place.
Prices & Payment
All prices quoted in this brochure are subject to VAT. The full cost of the course will be payable at the time of booking. If full payment is not received at this point, your place will not be guaranteed until the full payment has been received. You will then receive your booking confirmation, however if you do not receive this confirmation please check with PHAB Wholesale before attending and this can be sent or e-mailed to you.
Cancellation of events by PHAB Wholesale:
PHAB Wholesale may cancel the event if a minimum number of bookings are not received. If PHAB Wholesale has cancelled a training event the fee(s) will be refunded. PHAB Wholesale is not liable for any subsequent costs that are incurred as a result of cancellation.
Cancellation of bookings by you:
For those unable to attend an event, a substitute delegate may be sent at any time at no extra charge. The full fee will be payable where cancellation is made less than two weeks prior to the event. We must be notified of any cancellations by email to
firstname.lastname@example.org In all cases, cancellations after the course has been invoiced will be charged at the full rate.
Charge for non-attendance at our events:
Please note if you fail to turn up at the event for which you booked a place the full cost of the course will be charged.
Please be aware that there is very limited parking spaces at PHAB Wholesale. Wherever possible we advise you to use public transport or car share when attending our courses. In particular the Digby & Sowton train station and Sowton Park and ride are very short walks from us.
If driving please park as directed by a member of the PHAB team and do not park anywhere outside neighboring units.
